Associate Affinity Groups

Our associate-led affinity groups are internal organizations that support one another, build community at Artisan and advocate for goals that are important to them. Each group is open to all associates, addresses the specific needs of its membership and reflects the diversity of our associates. AAG’s partner with the firm and each other to drive inclusion, encourage connection and provide exciting opportunities and programming for associates.

Community Partnerships

The firm partners with international, national and local community organizations in support of both  our industry and in the communities in which the firm’s associates reside. Our philanthropic efforts are multifaceted and encompass financial contributions, associate volunteerism and partnerships with non-profit organizations dedicated to causes such as financial literacy and education, environmental conservation, social sustainability and accessibility.
