San Francisco, California. Artisan Partners announced today that it plans to launch a new active equity investment strategy, Artisan Global Small-Cap Growth Strategy, in early 2013. The strategy will be managed by the Artisan Partners Global Equity team and led by portfolio managers Mark L. Yockey, Charles-Henri Hamker and David Geisler. The trio has over 65 years of combined investment experience and will be supported by the deep and highly experienced global equity research team.
Artisan Partners CEO Eric Colson said, ‘‘Mark Yockey and his team have been investing in small-cap stocks in our Non-U.S. Small-Cap Growth Strategy for over a decade.
